BRENNAN BROWN

Brennan's academic journey began at Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance graduating with Summa Cum Laude. During her studies, she expanded her global perspective by attending Universitat de Barcelona and Fudan University, gaining insights into international business and culture. Her passion for financial markets led her to Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where she obtained a Master of Science in Finance.

Brennan's career took off in the financial sector with a role at Deloitte as a Business Valuation Associate, specializing in life sciences and healthcare industries. There, she honed her expertise in financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and mergers and acquisitions. This foundation in valuation and financial modeling would later become instrumental in her entrepreneurial endeavors. Following Deloitte, she transitioned into real estate valuation at Thaden Capital, analyzing a variety of property types and conducting in-depth market research. Her analytical skills, combined with her ability to assess long-term asset value, positioned her for success in highstakes financial decision-making.

However, Brennan's ambitions extended beyond traditional finance. Her role at MineFull Carbon as Head of Business Development marked a turning point, steering her focus toward sustainability and carbon credit markets. This experience, coupled with her deep understanding of valuation and financial structuring, led her to found TIDAL CARBON—a pioneering venture dedicated to producing blue carbon credits through tidal wetland and seagrass restoration, leveraging Verra’s VM0033 methodology
